What type of dog is this harness for?
It's designed for senior dogs that can no longer get up on their own, dogs with hind leg weakness, hip dysplasia, arthritis, and dogs recovering after surgery. It also helps dogs of any age that need support climbing stairs or getting into a car.
How do I know which size to order?
Size is based on your dog's chest girth and weight, not breed. Measure the chest circumference just behind the front legs with a tape measure and compare it to our size chart:

💡 Measure the chest girth from the outside of the front legs for the best fit. If your dog falls between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Will it hurt or squeeze my dog?
No. The padding sits under the chest and hips to distribute weight evenly, not over bones or joints. It should fit snugly but not tightly: you should be able to slide a flat hand between the harness and your dog's body.
How much weight can it support?
It's designed to help you bear part of your dog's weight while they walk — not to carry them suspended in the air.
Is it difficult to put on?
Not at all. It can be put on in under a minute and you don't need to lift your dog first: simply place it on them while they're lying down and then help them stand up.
Can my dog wear it all day?
It's designed for moments of support: going outside, walks, and climbing stairs. It's not recommended to leave it on all day or overnight, so your dog's skin can breathe.
My dog just had surgery — can I use it?
Many vets recommend it specifically for post-surgery recovery, as it prevents the dog from straining when getting up. However, every surgery is different: consult your vet first and make sure the straps don't rest over any incisions.
Can it be washed?
Yes — hand wash with cold water and mild soap, or machine wash on a delicate cycle. Air dry only; do not use a dryer, as the padding may lose its shape.
What if it doesn't fit or doesn't work for my dog?
You have 30 days to return it. If the size didn't fit, we'll exchange it. If it simply didn't work for your dog, we'll refund you. We'd rather do that than have you keep something you can't use.
